25 Years of Rock Photography
This coffee table book (hard cover) has 70 glossy pages jammed packed with photos that Peter Green & Mark Goulding have taken, going way back to the seventies. The title comes from an image of drying clips that hold up photos in the dark room, as well as a poem by Peter Green as he waited at a soundcheck at Sydney's Bondi Lifesaver in 1978 (also the title of a Nick Cave song we are told.)
The cover art is from a rough drawing of Peter's, and made into a work of art by Greg O'Connor. The main segments cover bands they have worked with: Split Enz, Skyhooks, Crowded House, Bardot. They are photographed in the studio, at home, live on stage, on tv shows, and backstage/ on the road.
